Click on the "Forgot Login Details" link
Put in the email address you registered and submit

The forgot password email will be your confirmation email.

To change your email address please send an email to help@eWorldSurveys.com.

In your email include:
Your registered email address
The new email address where you would like to receive your paid survey invitations.
Your postcode and year of birth, for security reasons

Once a username has been chosen, you cannot change this. You can however change your email address, see the section about changing your email address above.

Login to your account.
Click on “Unsubscribe”.
Check the box "Do you really want to unsubscribe".
Click "Unsubscribe".
Click "OK"

Surveys are sent automatically when your profile matches the requirements of the survey.

However, there will be times when the survey is full or you are screened out and instead of terminating you from the survey the system automatically looks for other surveys that match your profile.

In this way you have the opportunity to participate in another survey.

The software is not perfect. We are always trying to improve the experience for you.

Quota full means that the survey is full of respondents within the targeted range. This can be either before the start of a survey, which is normally indicated as closed, or sometimes in the early stages of a survey where certain criteria within the survey becomes filled.

This normally varies depending on the rate any given survey is responded to and the overall amount of responses needed by different people to fill a quota.

Surveys where you receive "Quota Full" do not count as fully completed and incentives are not rewarded as the information is not used.

An error can occur on a survey for a couple of reasons:

1. If cookies are not enabled, the survey will not recognize you as the respondent. When you reach the end page of the survey and you will receive a message "timed out".

Please make sure that you have your cookies enabled. For information on how to enable your cookies, please contact you computer administrator. Here is a Wikipedia article about clearing cookies which will guide you to the settings on how to enable them. We hope this helps.

2. When a survey is left open for an extended period of time the browser session expires and you will be timed out from the survey. In this case it is not possible to start the survey again or for a new link to be sent.

3. Oh and sometimes the company hosting the survey can have problems. They are humans and sometimes mistakes happen. We will do our best to make things right. :-)

Yes some survey sites are scumbags. We are trying not to be one of those other sites. We do not expire the points you earn providing that you do not unsubscribe. :-)

In the members area there is an option for "My earned points". This page allows you to view the actions you have earned from, your current balance and how you have redeemed your rewards so far.

eWorldSurveys.com members must be residents of the United States in order to be eligible for rewards. We are looking to expand to other countries soon.

Simply sign-up for eWorldSurveys.com and you will be emailed surveys targeted to you as they become available. You will be emailed invitations. Simply click on the link provided and it will send you directly to the survey. The more complete your profile is, the greater your chance of receiving survey invitations.

The average survey lasts between 12 - 15 minutes. Every survey varies in length and complexity.

The amount you earn is based on the length of survey and at times the urgency the client wants to get the survey completed. You will see many surveys that will be $3 - $5. Some higher and some lower.

The policy is that under no will surveys be used to sell or promote a project. You may however be invited to join other panels or community projects. If you do encounter a survey trying to sell you somethig please contact customer support.

If you do not already have a PayPal account please go to www.paypal.com and open an account.

It is important that your Paypal account has the same email address as the email address you receive surveys to. If you already have a Paypal account you can add the email address you receive surveys to in your PayPal account.

1. Login to your panel account.
2. Click on "My Earned Points"
3. Once you have reached the redeemable amount click on the "update" button and your money will be transferred to your online account at PayPal.
4. Please make sure that you login to your PayPal account and accept the transfer.
